Rockeries Materials
We work in a wide selection of materials due to the variety of work that we do. This allows us to take every factor into account when selecting the best materials to give your project the perfect look. The following are a sampling of what we commonly use.
Other Services We Offer
One Man, Half Man Rock
Rocks that can be mostly positioned by hand and are good for small wall projects. It is key to point out that one man and half man rocks are not the definition as rocks a man can pick up, these are rocks that a man can move with the use of a crowbar. Additionally, on one half man jobs, we bring out a larger crew to ensure we can complete most of the work in one day.
Two and Three Man Rock
Rocks of this type can only be lifted and positioned with the assistance of a machine. This means that our teams will have one man in a machine as well as one man on the ground while a third is driving a supply truck bringing materials. This is the most common type of work our crews do. We use a mini machine that has been specifically designed to make the construction of these type of walls both quick and economical. We can install 400-600 square feet of wall a day on average.
Boulders
Because of their rounded edges and smooth surfaces, boulders are rarely used in the construction of rock walls. They may on occasion be inserted within rock walls for aesthetics as they are generally best reserved for decorative uses on a property.
