New Life Rockeries was founded in 1975 with a simple mission: build beautiful, lasting outdoor structures using the natural stone of the Pacific Northwest. Over five decades, we have grown from a small family operation into one of the most trusted hardscaping contractors in the greater Seattle area.
We have completed over 2,100 projects across King and Snohomish Counties, installing more than 210,000 square feet of natural stone. Every project — from a small garden rockery to a major slope stabilization project — receives the same level of attention and craftsmanship.

Neil Eneix Jr.
CEO & Co-Owner
Neil grew up watching his father build New Life Rockeries with his hands. After taking over the business, he has led the company through 50 years of growth — completing over 2,100 projects across the greater Seattle area. Neil runs all day-to-day operations and is on the job site with every crew.
His hands-on leadership and commitment to quality are the reason New Life Rockeries holds a 4.9-star Google rating across 120+ reviews.
Co-Owner
Keith joined New Life Rockeries in 2007 and became a co-owner alongside his brother Neil. He brings nearly two decades of hardscape experience and oversees marketing strategy, helping the company reach homeowners across King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties.
Keith is also the author of all content on the New Life Rockeries blog, drawing on his experience co-owning one of the most trusted hardscape contractors in the Pacific Northwest.

Neil Eneix Sr.
Owner Emeritus
Neil Eneix Sr. purchased New Life Rockeries in 1992 and spent the next 30 years transforming thousands of Pacific Northwest backyards into outdoor spaces families love. A family man with six kids, he ran every part of the business himself — equipment, crews, and sales — and built a reputation on getting the job done right and on time.
In 2022, he passed the business to his sons Neil Jr. and Keith. His standard of craftsmanship and his commitment to customer satisfaction are the foundation everything else is built on.
