Keith Eneix began helping with operations at New Life Rockeries in 2007 and is now a co-owner alongside his brother Neil Eneix, who runs day-to-day operations. Keith manages marketing strategy and brings nearly two decades of hands-on hardscape experience to the business.
In 2010, Keith launched FANNIT, a digital marketing agency, applying contractor-operator thinking to digital strategy. In 2012, he pivoted to contractor marketing after discovering the gap between what agencies offered and what contractors actually needed. He developed the systems — SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, CRM automation — that now power results for hardscape contractors across the country.
In 2023, Keith launched Hardscape Marketing Crew (HMC) as part of the FANNIT family of companies — a done-for-you marketing agency built exclusively for the hardscape industry. Together, FANNIT and HMC have served 200+ clients across the US, generating $300M+ in documented client revenue.
