Landscaping & Hardscaping Near Me: Understanding the Process
When it comes to turning the vision for your outdoor space into a reality, it’s important that you understand the process so that you can tackle your project with realistic expectations. At New Life Rockeries, our landscapers will take you through the various steps so that you have a good idea of how long your project will take, and of course, how much it will cost. Here is our typical process:
Inspection & Discussion
Before starting any job, our landscaping team will visit your home and inspect the space. This will give us a good idea of what we can do to your back yard and also allow us to establish whether we are likely to experience any challenges along the way.
Planning & Landscaping Design
Before we start any landscaping work, we will plan out the entire project so that we can provide you with a specific price and timeline for the work you would like done. We’ll measure every square foot of your yard and work with local licensing so that no stone goes unturned. We also offer design and architecture services so that you can get a visual of what your space will look like. This is our chance to create a blueprint for your project, keeping your lawn, trees, plants, shrubs, and other softscapes in mind throughout the process.
Materials
Once we have mapped out the project, we will move onto materials. Again, we’ll work with both you and local licensing to ensure that your project is both legal and in line with your vision. Typically, our landscaping team works with different types of rocks and stones, however, each project we take on is unique. With this in mind, we can also create your patio, wall, walkways, and other hardscapes out of wood, concrete, brick, and various other materials.
Construction
Then, comes the most exciting step: Construction. This where all of the magic happens! Our hardscape contractors will get to work to turn your dream into a reality. Whether it’s a patio, concrete or stone retaining wall, fence, or gazebo, we will take your project from concept to creation at a fair price and within a reasonable timeline.
